These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the ku944 platform and all services operated under it. These Terms legally bind both you ("User" or "Member") and ku944.

Key Definitions

• "Platform" — refers to ku944's website, mobile version, and all online gaming services provided through them.
• "Account" — a member's personal registered account that holds their identity and transaction history on ku944.

Age Requirement & Eligibility Conditions

• Each individual may open only one account — multiple accounts are prohibited.

• Any changes to personal account information must be reported to the support team.
• Login credentials (username and password) must be kept completely confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
• Allowing another person to use your account or transferring it to someone else is strictly prohibited.

Account Security

The security of your ku944 account is entirely your responsibility. The account holder is liable for all transactions resulting from any login, whether authorized or unauthorized. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

ku944 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Identity verification may be mandatory before processing withdrawal requests. The following documents may be requested for verification:

• Proof of address — a utility bill or bank statement.

Accepted Payment Methods

Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 — applicable to all payment methods.

Important Transaction Conditions

• The mobile number registered on the account and the payment method must belong to the same person — transactions through third parties are prohibited.
• All deposit amounts will be calculated in Taka (BDT).

• For suspicious transactions, ku944 may request additional verification and may place a hold on the withdrawal if necessary.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. If you deposit ৳6,000 or more, you will receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳11,000.

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x) the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: if your bonus is ৳2,000, you must place a total of ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 in bets before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account.
• Bonuses are only usable on designated games; ku944 reserves the right to change the list of eligible games at any time.
• If an attempt is made to claim bonuses using multiple accounts, both accounts will be closed and all balances forfeited.
• ku944 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer without giving a reason.
• Under the VIP program, weekly cashback benefits are available across four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.

All games available on ku944 are operated on platforms provided by third-party software providers (such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Ezugi). Each game has its own rules, which should be reviewed before starting to play.

• Game outcomes are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and no external interference is possible.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a software error or technical issue, the related bet will be settled in accordance with ku944's policy.
• Any winnings displayed incorrectly due to a technical error in a game may be voided.
• If an internet connection is lost during a live casino game, the result will be determined according to the provider's rules.

For sports betting, bet settlements are based on the official result of the relevant match. In the case of a disputed result, ku944's decision will be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ku944. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts under one person's name.
• Creating an account using false or fabricated information, or concealing your identity.
• Placing bets in a deliberate pattern to exploit the bonus system (Bonus Abuse / Arbitrage).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to play games or place bets.
• Depositing funds into or withdrawing funds from an account through a third party.
• Intentionally exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or obscene behaviour toward ku944 staff.
